I hear over and over about removing the sound tube... And I'm here not even noticing it.

Was with a friend over the weekend and he noticed the shaking at normal highway speeds.. Then we did a 130+ pull and it was shaking badly... Of course he had to say something about the build quality (euro guy). It's been annoying me ever since... Pretty embarrassing imo.

Any updates?

I'd like to see what the hood shake looks like at 180mph+

Looked at it again today... even worse then I thought. How the hell can the paint be this shitty? My color is magnetic so it stands out pretty well. Looks dirty at first then you quickly realize they are chips. Makes me want to just go back to driving my 10 year old truck and not caring.

The front doesn't look bad at all... went ahead and ordered them. Thanks

Oh I know... Not only is the paint not strong, this car dents beyond easy. I have 2 dents on my upper quarter (where it's flat) and one on the other. I give up...

On my drivers side I have 6 or 7 decent sized chips in my paint on the rear quarter (drivers side, right behind the door). and 2 or 3 on the passenger side... I have a GTPP with 25mm spacers and have less than 4k miles.. By the time I hit 20k the whole side of my car should be sprayed...

I did mine at around 2500.. I run it pretty hard and it was BLACK. Used motorcraft 5-20. I'll prob change it again around 6k.

I always did it on my bike but not in the car.

Drove a newer sti for the first time the other day... Couldn't believe people pay these prices for a slow, cheap, toy feeling car like this. I was shocked.
