Our opinion is the article that was the impetus of the other articles is flawed. F-150 only Ford bright spot? Last I checked the Mustang was also the #1 selling vehicle in its class globally and the #1 selling convertible globally. Itās easy to cherry pick facts to craft oneās own narrative...
I had a similar sound on a jeep and it was a loose heat shield above the muffler... which leads me to believe your issue is the exhaust or some impacted flashing underneath the car. You hear it when going over big bumps?
I'm a fan. Living in the Midwest with lots of straight roads handling takes a back seat to the thrill of everything else about this car.

I misread this and thought you were asking about mods for the Over 50 crowd. I was going to let you know that is why they put in Active Exhaust so you could put in Track Mode if you wanted to hear the exhaust.

My '18 that I've had a month is similar to your '19. There is not an option I have that I regret as a waste of money. My wife also takes the car every chance she gets.
One thing not covered above is the sheer joy of the convertible. I live in a northern tier state so my...
The other day a few blocks away as my wife pulled through an intersection up to 25 mph an old lady walking on the sidewalk whipped out her camera phone and took a picture. I think she liked the black wheels.
^^^^ I know this Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle thing sounds like marketing, but we are friends with several Ford dealership owners and they say the 150 some-odd point inspection is no joke... and the extra year of bumper-to-bumper gives peace of mind. Real value here.
I paid $37K for a Vert with a '18 $52,565 sticker with 8K miles... so 70.3%... but ultimately I probably would have paid more as it was the only used, low mileage white vert, with blackout package and spoiler delete and automatic/A10 with active exhaust we could find in the country... my wife's...
Unfortunately my wife loves Sirius... so in all 3 of our cars. Meanwhile I have about 2K songs on $10 thumb drives I also have in each car and play on random (if my wife is not in the car). I like the better sound from my thumb drive music. The downside is Iāve not yet motivated my self to...
When I went to buy my Mustang my CarPlay wouldnāt work. The dealership rightly identified some 3rd party lightning cables cause this issue. I then connected to a ($24) Apple OEM cable and all worked fine.
Loaded Vert GT coming from Ford corporate fleet from Dearborn... 8K miles on an ā18 for $37K

Agreed. My other car is a 2012 2-door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a hard top. My Mustang GT convertible is much more quiet with regards to street and wind noise.
