I have a custom setup with amps powering my factory front speakers and a JL Audio Stealthbox. Recently I started getting sub surge (?) when I open and close my doors. The popping is getting annoying. Any ideas on how to get rid of this? I can upload my setup as well as pics if it helps. Thanks...

Replacing or upgrading factory speakers will only do so much. I have an amp powering my factory front speakers and it really kicks up the volume. I chose not to power the rear since they are so far in the back, nor do I intend on upgrading them. The JL Audio Stealthbox in the rear provides bass.
Installed the AFE Sprint Booster this weekend. Really wakes the car up and shows the true potential of the Coyote. Can get a little hairy in race mode with traction control turned off. Loving these gas prices!
Been checking out craigslist for the last couple of weeks and picked up these today for $600. Hope it was a good choice as the tires were stamped 2015 and were only used for 5k miles. I figure I can get at least a couple winters out of em... Thank you for all the replies, I love this forum.
Does anyone run an all season tire on their GT throughout the year? Looking to replace the factory tires in preparation for an all season friendly tire here in Virginia Beach. Would love to find a set of knock off wheels to mount winter tires, but I’m too cheap.

Left my 18 GT in storage while deployed. Came back and noticed stability trac & traction control lights were on dash. Took her in for an oil change and tech said there was a rat nest on driver side, under the hood. Wiring harness could be repaired for $250, but it’s only a $40 part... Anyway...
