Vipers are big on the 1 of 1 program for '16 and '17. Essentially, the vehicle is unique and there is not another vehicle with the same options. (They ensure this in the order process). I think it's pretty cool....but I'm not a collector so it doesn't add any real value to me.
I am...
I trust my Mopar dealer... Mostly because of the relationships I have with the GM and Parts Manager. I've had then do some warranty work on my Hellcat, Durango and Viper and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for routine oil changes (I have 4 free on each car). I do prefer to do a lot of my own...
Hooligan would be a good license plate...ha ha.
I'll have to agree that the car makes you drive like an ass. Took mine to work yesterday and passed a number of cars @ WOT and got some high beams flashed at me.... Hooligan!
I haven't paid attention since I got my R, what have they been fetching? Are the $25k-$30k ADM's still sitting on eBay or are they selling?
Grabber blue is an awesome color in person!
I have the G brace on my R and it still tramlines on some back country roads... On smooth roads and highways it's as smooth as glass. Switching lanes on highways will also i duce tramlining, but it's a side effect of the wide and sticky tires.
If it's a huge issue, then I'd recommend different...
If there are 2 of the same chasis numbers...should increase the value exponentially!!!
I told SLC that we'll split the profits. This R should pull $200k on eBay.... Be right back! Ha ha ha! :first:
I'm assuming the recall will include an oil change...and a negligent tech that doesn't torque down the filter... Ha ha
This isn't good and I'm not happy about not tracking my car @ VIR this season.
Wow! State of the art facility and really great instructors. Lots of class room on day one and the saving grace has been the skid pad cars and the last 20 minute track session.
Some of the exercises were geared towards junior / less experienced drivers, but worthwhile.
Here are some...
No, not looking for stock parts. Just curious on the exact set up. Thanks for the info.
I'm pretty happy with the sound of the R, but it's not my daily driver so I wouldn't mind if it gets stupid loud.
Was looking at Kooks or ARH. Why did you opt for Kooks?
I feel the same way....great go fast parts, but it feels like a cheap car. Especially the paint, interior and door handles.
The quality, fit and finish on the Hellcat are vastly superior. A little disappointed to be honest in the Ford.
The sounds that this car makes does make up for it...
