1. If you have a lot of debt, I'd probably stick with the V6. The GT is a fairly large price jump, and you have to take into account the insurance costs (especially if you're young).
2. Selling privately typically does yield more money, but it can be a huge hassle. Keep in mind that in some...
Makes the chip my door handle got yesterday seem minuscule in comparison (never a shortage of idiots kicking their doors open).
Sorry to see that though. If your insurance is gonna hassle you, then it may be best to get a quote from a body shop to see what that would cost.
I definitely can't complain about that price considering most other catbacks have been $1,000+. Way to go Flowmaster.
I just need to hear more sound clips!
Anyone have a Magnaflow Catback (Street or Competition) for the Ecoboost Mustang? I really want to hear one in person before I decide on one.
The stock exhaust is bad so I'm really looking to upgrade. I'd like it to be louder but not obnoxious since it's my DD, and I'm not sure if the...
I have the Ecoboost and even I can tell you that both stock, the V6 sounds way better. Stock exhausts usually never sound that great though.
Getting a new exhaust is almost mandatory with the Ecoboost. Otherwise it's damn fun car.
I'm at 3,500 miles with an average of 24 mpg. It's a mix of city and highway, although the highway is usually full of traffic so I don't think it's too bad. Hope to take a road trip soon and properly test out what my highway mpg would be.
I'll admit that I don't wave anymore. I did try in the beginning (especially when on my second day of ownership, a Mustang on the freeway caught up to me and gave me a very enthusiastic thumbs up).
I always seem to get stonewalled from Mustangs of various years though. Maybe it's just too fast...
I got mine early January and I have about 3,500 miles on it already. I got a long commute which doesn't help, but the whole point I got this car was so that my commute was more enjoyable since it's my DD.
Just enjoy your car, don't worry about the little things. It's why I don't freak out...
They didn't for me, but they ended up having one coming in that was what I wanted: EB Premium in DIB. It ended up taking far longer for it to come in than they said, and I grew impatient since the rebates I had were about to expire.
I ended up up going for an EB Premium with the PP in...
I've started realizing my Ecoboost PP brakes squeeling when going at low speeds and turning left. It's really embarrassing, especially at a drive-thru or something.
Hope to hear some solutions for this problem soon!
I'd highly recommend getting the front wrapped. I've only had the car for a month and a half and I've already got rock chips. Doesn't help that Phoenix is rock chip city.
