Got the TSB done this past weekend. I've only tested it a few times so I still can't make a verdict, but the back still doesn't cool very well. It doesn't get warm anymore though, so that's an improvement. The bottom still cools amazingly well.

Just took mine to the dealership to get this fixed and now it's finally quiet. Unfortunately I still have a rattle by the radio so that's annoying but I'll probably just try and fix that one myself.
