A couple dinners from the past week:
1. Pesto pasta with spicy Italian chicken sausage. This was my second attempt at focaccia.
2. Duck breast carbonara.
Very impressive! Thank you for the link. It is surprisingly difficult to find quality fresh seafood despite living in a coastal state. This past weekend we made a special trip to a fresh fish market only to receive a funky batch of scallops. The commute there and back, the premium cost, and...
The answer was worth the wait! I have so many questions!
1. What are you going to do with it?
2. Have you tried it? I’ve never seen marbled fish like that. How would you describe the taste?
3. If you don’t mind, where did you order it from?

Thanks! Giving the diavolo another try tonight in a smaller dish. The video I saw had the mozz so creamy it was dippable, that’s what I’m going for
Buffala diavolo and beef tartare for starters. Tartufo mortadella, burrata, and pistachio pesto on focaccia for the main event. Now if my damned Hawks could’ve just sealed the deal…

The weather has been good and today was no exception. Had a couple friends over for a fiesta. Grilled whole tilapia with lemon, dill, and green onion alongside fresh pico and guac. A light fresh meal that was a big hit. Got the tilapia from Costco and followed the recipe below. A big recommend...
Thanks man. There’s nothing healthy about it but if you’re ever interested, here is the recipe I used. It was simple and turned out really well. I would remove it from the pan to cool next time but other than that, I stayed true to it...
Fresh local blueberries are available now. Wanted to find something to do with them and giving a go at a dutch baby for the first time was the winning idea.
Lemon blueberry dutch baby
I received some freshly caught red rock crab, so I had to find something to do with them. Chipotle cheese and crab stuffed mushrooms. Tried to use up some stuff I had in the fridge. I’m happy with how they turned out
