Trust me i know, most of the dealers in Miami are a joke. Midway ford told me we can order at MSRP and we won't negotiate, i said ok thank you bye! Plantation ford in Broward county was my first "good" offer $300 above invoice. From there i was just working every dealer against each other, then...
Plus thats not always true, working at the #1 Lexus dealer in the world we lose on a lot of sales, its the cost of being the #1 dealer in the world. Win some, lose some, but at the end of the day we get a nice fat check at the end of the year because we're #1.

Thank you! I told my dealer I wanted to place the order September 7th to make sure the car gets here as close to December as possible. It's my graduation present, I want to make sure i get my MBA in style lol.
Does it happen often? Or at a particular time like cold start up? I would take a ride along with them, that way you can point out the sounds. I work for a highline dealer in broward, that's usually what we do get a tech and drive with the customer.
"It looks like the dealership is offering you at cost (invoice - holdback) for the vehicle"
