I'm also curious how the shift action is different? Shorter? The only shift I have a hard time with is a 3-2 downshift at speed, otherwise I do very well.
Does anybody know if there is a bolt in harness bar available for the gt350 yet? I want to have w harness for the next DE, but I don't want to do any welding or drilling for a cage.
Waiting patiently has kind of been the theme of this car. I'm already kind of shocked that all the Ford Performance parts aren't out. We have both 2015 and 2016 almost 100% delivered. I really want the Trackey and the coolers.
If they do not come up with a good solid solution by the spring 2017 then I'll end up looking for aftermarket. I barely want to finish out this year booking track dates and having to pull off the track, much less another year.
I just went into the standard track mode. Never felt advance trac kick in unless it was sneaky about it.
Oh yeah and I was pulling .98g's right and .94g's left with .99g's braking.
That was just a sticker for my run group. It said N2. Novice 2.
They just assumed I had tracked it before or something of that sorts. Kind of telling me it needs to be done after every event, and asking me why I haven't. Is that true?
That was the first time he had ever ridden in one, yes. He was the one saying the car had "loads of grip" and at the end he was the one telling others it was "surprisingly capable." This is coming from a guy who has countless track days.
He said he is still interested in buying one himself.
Hey guys,
Well, over the weekend I was finally able to take the GT350 to a track. I attended the Drivers Ed event hosted by the Porsche club of America over at Blackhawk Farms in South Beloit, IL.
First and foremost, all the guys in the club were super friendly. I went there knowing...
The tech package almost has everything that the track package does but better seats and stereo and nav etc. most people will never know or care about coolers or an aluminum strut tower brace. I love my sync 3 on the way to the track and on the way home, and I can add the coolers once they come...
