Depends on how you shift into reverse. If it has a lock out collar you need one that work with it. Blue threadlocker. Give time to cure.

Looks like modified performance pack 1. Not sure about 2016 but 2020 PP2 was PP1 with track focused wheels and tires, bigger sway bars, magneride with calibration, lower springs, spoiler and splitter. There are not any engine mods in a PP2. Basically PP2 is in between a Mustang PP1 and a GT350.
