Ken Brody Ford in Carlsbad wanted $400 so I just did it myself. Very easy install. It only took a few minutes to download the tune. Ken Grody has another dealership in L.A. or Orange County if you prefer a dealer. Very nice performance gains for minimal effort.

Much smoother throttle response than PP1. Haven't had any rev hang at all. No opportunity for WOT yet. The smoother throttle response makes shifting gears a bit smoother as well. Nice driveability.

Well, I did follow the directions to restore the stock tune while on the phone with FP then I still got that error. Might have to go back to reload the PP1 cal again with the PP1 voucher number. I hope FP gets back to me today.

I got a voicemail from Ford Performance on 7/21/17 that a revised cal for the pp1 was on their server and available to download. Plugged into the OBD port, logged on and downloaded the cal. Downloaded really fast. Less than one minute.

I downloaded the revised calibration on Thursday 7/27, and it seems to have curred the rev hang and the twitchy throttle response. Feels smoother and less abrupt.

I was having rev hang at around 3K when taking my foot off the throttle. Also, letting off the throttle in 1st or 2nd would throw me against the seatbelt. Very jerky. This morning on my commute I noticed that both of those issues were resolved. Took about 30 seconds to download the revised cal.
