I made it through the 1st 6 pages of this thread. I had a '16 GT350 and currently have a 2017 350R and am happy with build quality on both. As a prospective buyer that has a 2022 CFTP allocation lined up (at MSRP), have the build quality issues been address by Ford in the later 2020 and 2021...

Some have implied that this is a rich man's/woman's game and if you don't like dealers charging an ADM, you should maybe look at a Kia. I couldn't be farther from a Socialist, but simply refuse to pay an ADM....and I understand the concepts of supply and demand. I'm not trying to tell anyone...

You can keep telling yourself that you will be able to beat on your GT500 and then sell it for a "minimal" loss, but history (GT350R prices after the initial excitement wore off) isn't on our side. The current inflated market won't last....I guess that is just my opinion. I just sold a '15 Z/28...

For some of us, it's the principal to it. Just because you have money, doesn't mean you have to be stupid with it. As a buyer of a Boss 302 and GT350R, and now looking for a CFTP GT500, if a local dealer tries to add a ADM, it turns me off to every buying anything form them in the future...car...

I secured a CFTP allocation for '22 a couple hours away for less than what they are asking for the lemon. They took a swing at the market and may end up missing...but you have to wonder what they might have paid for the car at auction.

There are dealers out there that have cars at MSRP, you just have to look. And you can already see a lot of marked up cars droping in price on Cars.com. Autotrader, etc. I found a CFTP painted stripe car at MSRP yesterday (in transit), but didn't like the color, so I passed it on to another...

I'm thinking that "Golden Ticket" is just a fancy way to say "Carbon Fiber Track Package allocation".

It is my understanding that a "Golden Ticket" car is a Carbon Track Pack with painted stripes...but I could be wrong.

I found a Golden Ticket car at MSRP (antimatter with white stripes). The first person to send me a PM gets the contact info for salesman.

I have a CFHP allocation at MSRP lined up as well. My dealer isn't able to get a CFTrack Pack allocation, but he assured me that it shouldn't be a problem getting a CFHP ordered. There must not be a special dealer allocation needed for the CHHP cars.

And so the waiting begins, but at least I'm getting exactly what I want. At least I can stop contacting dealers asking over MSRP for everything from base cars, to used!

MSRP...The same dealer I ordered my '16 GT350 from the day the order banks opened for them!
