I googled it and all it said was that it came with the Carbon Track Pack

I have on order a shadow black CFTP and the dealership has to have a special allocation to even order it. I could've ordered it with painted stripes if I had wanted to but chose not to. Considered the antimatter blue with white painted stripes but I could barely see the navy on the car at about a foot away from it. Cool color but I don't want to go in between figuring out which color it is.

The Golden Ticked was for EITHER the CFTP OR, Penske painted stripes. So yes you could get a Track Pack with vinyl stripes and yes, it would require a Golden Ticket allocation. Or you could get a base with painted stripes, I know, who would with the allocation? Ditto for vinyl stripes on a Track Pack.

Bottom line is, a Golden Ticket enabled you to order a Track Pack OR painted stripes OR both.

Why come up with a new term?? It's even longer to type out than simply "CFTP"

A Golden Ticked (in 2020) meant EITHER:

1) CFTP
2) Penske Painted Stripes

(or both)

And it is the Regional Rep who controls the GT allocations. I do not know what the current method for MY 21 Ford is using to control the ratio of Base 500's to GT's, i.e., either of the other two above. And from what I've read here, the CFHP is not a GT order.

Each and every listing I saw or dealer I spoke to in 2019/2020, said the Golden Ticket was both. I verified the sticker. Never once did i see a listing/sticker with one of the those called a Golden Ticket. Maybe the lingo changed as now you can get either or on the base.

<shaking head> I swear, you guys aren't listening. In the unlikely scenario where the buyer wanted a Base with Penske painted stripes, that TOO would require a Golden Ticket. I honestly don't know if anyone ever did that but I'm merely trying to point out the details of the darn idea. It can be either or both.
