They reduced the grill and plopped on some new tail lights. Major improvement. Grill was the worst part imo. I'd actually buy this car now. Now they just need to redo the Explorer and they'll be nearly completely away from that ugly era of cars that started around 2008-2010.

Tricia got back to me after researching the issue (she's awesome). The answer: The 50th anniversary appearance package does come with chrome-trimmed tail lights.

I am quite sure, based on research I have done, that the only options the LE does not have are ACC and the reverse parking sensors.

Coming from a 94 GT, I'm looking forward to a lot of things that have changed, especially interior features like lighting, driving modes, advanced stereo system, etc. The power is going to feel insane to me I imagine.

Based on that demonstration, I'm not really disappointed then that the the LE doesn't come with ACC. Doesn't look like something I'd use very often, if at all.

I'm 23 as well and am with Farmers Insurance.. no problems and good rates.

Never heard of that feature, but dang it sounds AWFUL. Glad they removed it.

From what I know, I think it is only an LE issue.

I heard similar from my dealer. Some regular 2015s are going to be built first now. My dealer isn't actually able to get the order through right now.

Supposedly the limited edition does not come with adaptive cruise control, so I don't get why everyone thinks that is the ACC lower grill.

I agree that the build & price shows chrome trimmed taillights, but it's weird that they aren't listed in any other place. I contacted Tricia again about the specific discrepancy between build & price and the order guide, so we'll see what she says.
