one thing i noticed in your pics is i think your maf is rotated incorrectly. it may or may not even matter, i just remember the instructions saying to have it flat on the side.
one way to find an air leak is while the car is running to spray something like carb cleaner around the area you think may be leaking... if the cars idle changes after you spray it then you found the spot its leaking from. just be careful what you get the cleaner onto.

is this hesitation you guys speak of on high load situations? like going up hill on the highway in 6th gear? that is literally the only time i can feel anything. you can feel the bypass valve opening and closing and its reflected in the boost gauge as you can see the needle go back and forth...
your going to get 100 different opinions. ive owned all types of FI, they all have there pros and cons and are all very fun to drive. i think you should try and find some locals and go for some rides and see which you feel is best for you.
just reporting that im still enjoying the hell out of the car. I've put around 500-600 miles on it so far with no issues.

i got my cal next day from them. you can just plug everything in and send them the info today or tomorrow so there is plenty of time.. then when your ready just flash it in.
yea it can be done in 2 days but it will be tough and tiring thats for sure. i think shops take around 6-8hrs for the opg/timing gear install and from my own experience with the whipple i have about 10-12hrs into the install doing it myself. if your strapped for time it may be better to wait...
