Hey Nate,
I put an H pipe on my '20 with AE and loved the sound in Sport mode. Then I had the Ford Performance package installed with the CAI and tune and love it even more now. Plenty loud and burps and pops when you let of the gas now (because of the tune). Don't feel I need it any louder...
You're welcome. The quest for the almighty dollar I suspect :). I purchased the washable one and put it on my 20GT FP kit. Prefer the ability to clean the filter at my convenience without a trip to the store. Have a great weekend Yves!
That's a disposible paper filter aka a throw away. You could search for one of these: https://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-highflow-air-filter-1517gt350.html as they're washable.
I have these on my 20 GT and love the look and ride.

Had the FP kit and tune installed by my Ford dealer about 6 wks ago. Also, replaced the yellow air filter supplied with the kit with a FP blue washable one as I prefer to clean mine whenever I need. Put the car on a Dynojet dyno the next day... 417 Hp to the wheels on a 87 degree day. Been...
Delhi Mustang show is this Saturday 10-2. A bunch of us are meeting at Denny's for .... wait for it.... 6:30 and heading there. Early i know, but we're wanting to keep us all parked together. Heard it's a great show and well attended. Weather is looking great. Meet at Denny's or the show if...
I have AE in my 2020 and am familiar with what you're asking and experiencing. The only way I've found to have it start in quiet mode is for it to be scheduled. I have mine scheduled for the early am only and it does the job. I too have tried to put it in quiet before starting but found it...
I had a friend who's family has a garage install it, but honestly, any muffler shop should be able to do it as it's not difficult at all. Measure, mark, cut existing off with a sawzall, slide the new one on and bolt down. Check out YouTube to get an idea of the process, but again, I'd think...
A bunch of us are meeting at Denny's London 401 and heading to the meet. Not sure what time we're meeting up yet but will post if there's people wanting to join in.
You're welcome Glenn. I've been meaning to get the dyno printouts out of the glove box and scan them. Once I do, I'll share them. Hopefully soon... damn memory lol.
Had the Ford Performance kit installed by my dealer on my 20 GT PP1 on Friday and then dyno'd it on a Dynojet on Saturday as part of get together with a few other forum members that are in SW Ontario.
Unfortunately I don't have base dyno numbers (but would love it if someone could post such?)...
