    If this transmission is left in full auto mode it shifts faster than the PDK from Porsche. In manual mode I have heard that it is a bit slow to react. It isn't a DCT afterall.

    I don't think it would do very well against these cars. These are all track dedicated/designed cars while the gt500 is made for the strip.

    I find it interesting that he is the only reviewer that made those claims. Keep in mind he was driving a stripped 1lt model. There is a night and day difference in the higher trims when comparing.

    There is a ton of chatter out now about a mid engined corvette. De nysshen from Cadillac in a way almost confirmed it was happening soon. I could see that as GM'S out to update the lt.
