It will be a mildly modded street car. never going to drag race. i may do i few back road runs. maybe track it as a experience.

As the title states im looking to do a gear swap. My local dealer charges 1100 which includes them supplying all the parts and correcting the the speedo.
My auto has 3.15's which are so sluggish to me. Good MPG's though lol.
I hear 3.55's are great but then i see a few bad reviews of...
Dont get me wrong the speakers are an improvement. The muddy highs are gone and the lows. are a tad bit better.
I just see it as i paid 140.00 to make my car sound like it should have came stock. or a little better. I did do a little tinkering with the eq and wires. and its a little better...
Maybe its just me, but i installed 638's in the font 629's in the back. only difference to me is there is no distortion at high volumes. other than that. its more of a Eh,
Yeah 1000 is the gears the install kit and installed with fluids.
I have a gt auto, currently have 3.15's and they are not bad but i want more tq down low.
im still a little lost between 3.73 or 3.55, i hear 3.55's are smooth best of both worlds
and 3.73s are pure performance.

I been looking around this forum and a few others looking to see the info.
i have a GT Auto and i got a quote of 1000 from a local ford dealer. looking to go 3.55 or 3.73's looking to see if anyone has change the gears out on theirs and if so how are they liking the change.
Seeing how everyone that has replaced their speakers state it sounds 100x's better but still no bass, I rather run my speaker wires to my lcq 1 to an aftermarket amp then to the doors and rear. I like the bass in my 14 premium and still wanted a little more. This base 15 is a total let down when...
Looking to run new wires for my speakers, and i have been hearing if you replace the front speakers you lose sync sounds. Has anyone found a way to get passed this?
