Sorry another CA question. Are you planning on getting Stage 2 CARB certified like you did with the Focus ST stage 2 kit?

I've been able to achieve significant amounts of wheels spinning and slipping with normal TC off. Also been able to get some slip angle or "drifting" around corners (not sure if I can actually countersteer properly of advance-trac is making me look like a hero :headbang:) Haven't really tried...

Maybe advance-trac is stability management (like helping you out if you yaw too much) and normal traction control is just the ability to light up the rear tires? All I know is that in Forza I can play without TC but when i turn off stability management, I get s*$t on.

Maybe, I could be wrong... So basically track mode and S+ w/ TC off are the exact same? Does Track mode turn off the advance-trac traction control along with the normal traction control?

I feel the gas pedal is a little too touchy in Track mode, it makes it hard to modulate throttle. I'm always running S+ and TC off when my oil is warm enough.

What are you California guys doing about CARB nazzis?!? I wanted to run FBO when I bought my EB but risk of getting caught by the CHP and smog has crippled me with fear.

OP, why are you ranting to us? I'm pretty sure all of us with the MT82 trans has experienced very notchy shifts. Even if you went to a service center with outstanding customer service, they probably couldn't have done much for your trans. Its a combination of the crappy MT82, spaghetti shifter...

I thought the red lugs match pretty well. The picture I posted earlier was with a crappy Windows Phone on a cloudy day with the car parked about 5 feet from a white house. Here's another pic.

If you plan on going with Monster, I suggest buying the 4 locking lugs just to make sure the colors match. Should be around $30. If you like the color, you can buy the full set. If you don't you can try to return or just burn the $30.
