  1. Corsa sport vs extreme. What did you pick??

Here's a video of a highway pull I had on my phone. Certainly more rasp and volume than just an extreme catback.
  2. Corsa sport vs extreme. What did you pick??

I have Corsa Sports and Longtubes on my car and couldn't be happier with the set up. I had the Sports on without headers, been in a car with Extremes with no Headers and have heard Extremes + Headers in person outside the car. From a Loudness perspective IMO Loud Scale Headers + Extremes - 10...
  3. Help: Calling All owners with Headers installed

Hi All, My current car is fitted with Pypes Longtube Headers and Eibach Sportline Springs. Before I had the headers installed I never experienced any scraping under the car. After having the Pypes installed, they've been scraping a lot in garages, driveways, and uneven bumpy roads. Its gotten...
  4. Do it stay or do it GO?

you must be getting old man. Like someone else said drink some water and eat a banana every once in awhile. The seats in the two cars are the same. And I doubt an allergy to leather is causing your leg cramps..
  5. My Full Bolt on GT (Pypes Headers/Corsa Sport Catback) in a Tunnel

I took them to a shop for install and the tech told me the fitment was great and the quality was great especially at the price point. 2 things however. The hardware the headers come with stinks and Pypes wants to reuse the bolts that connect the headers to the engine and my tech didn't like that...
  6. My Full Bolt on GT (Pypes Headers/Corsa Sport Catback) in a Tunnel

Thankfully it was just a regular ford explorer sport
  7. My Full Bolt on GT (Pypes Headers/Corsa Sport Catback) in a Tunnel

I've seen you post about your resonated LTH/Corsa Sport combo before and would love to hear how it cleans up the rasp, Post some videos!
  8. My Full Bolt on GT (Pypes Headers/Corsa Sport Catback) in a Tunnel

Here's a video of me testing out Launch Control in my Full Bolt On Car. Don't see enough posts of Headers + Corsa Sports, everyone seems to go straight for the extremes.
  9. *UNLIMITED BUDGET* ‘19 GT BUILD

Fair point, we'll have to see what the GT500 market does on its release. But you can still snag a GT350/R right now all day from anywhere from 45K-65K.
  10. *UNLIMITED BUDGET* ‘19 GT BUILD

Hypothetical: You spend 40K on Mustang GT then add ~20k to bring the performance in line with a new GT500 that Costs 70k. You'll be left with a Mustang GT that in 2 years will be worth 35k tops. Meanwhile that shelby will certainly hold its value far more, even if you spent more to get into the...
  11. *UNLIMITED BUDGET* ‘19 GT BUILD

if your budget is truly unlimited and performance is your goal, you're best off starting with the best platform out of the factory. In that case I would take a gt350/gt500 and build that. But if you want to be unique and build a GT more power to you. Start with suspension and supporting mods...
  12. Another new '19 GT guy

Hey Nomad, have you noticed any perceivable differences from the lighter wheels? (not including ride quality from lower profile tires)
  13. Maximum Safe RPM?

I've been taking my Full bolt On car to 8k where the limit is with no issues yet (Fingers Crossed) rarely however, usually shift by 7.7ish. With that said and like others above had said, even with the better mani, the ideal shift point is probably around 7700 RPM as power falls off, However...
  14. I de tuned my car

Agreed. I’m at 454 whp and it feels perfect for the street. Plenty of power to have fun on the street and the track. And the n/a powerband keeps everything fairly controllable.
  15. Attention Steeda Experts: Suspension my ride

Late to this post now. But if you want the best handling stang you can get. You need to run a square stance and get more rubber up front where all the cars weight is
  16. Ideas for exhaust. Going from stock to longtubes cat delete h or x and full Catback

In love with my longtubes + Corsa Sport Catback combo. Screams at WOT and no drone
  17. Help me decide GT Premium or GT350 (see thread for details).

I don't think you can qualify for those huge rebates when you custom order a car. Need to find something sitting on a dealer lot. I could be wrong though
  18. Do I full send...or kind of send? Some thoughts..

I'm full bolt on (no E85, mods in sig) and no regrets about it. Feels like a completely different car. Peak power is only around ~7200 RPM but it will rev out to 8k. The optimum shift point is probably around 7700 RPM for racing. With that being said I would go for the simple bolt ons first, see...
  19. Corsa Sports Catback Review!

I had the Corsa Sport Catback on stock manifolds for a couple months and they sounded great on their own and distinct from the extreme in tone too. Now paired with longtube headers they absolutely scream at WOT, definitely louder than extremes with stock exhaust manifolds. But can still be quiet...
