How long has this been going on now?? I commend you guys for the extreme level of patience you have when someone has over 50k of your hard earned money tied up. Especially now since prices have skyrocketed, you can’t even get your money back and buy the same amount of car... The lost opportunity...
Ok, that said. Do you feel like it’s your responsibility to pay for someone else’s mistake???
Tires aren’t cheap and we go through them fast enough anyway
Are you on stock suspension?
If so, then yes immediately. If you’re lowered, you might have an uphill battle but I wouldn’t go down without a fight.
100% see where your coming from Norm.
I lowered an inch all around with inch spacers as well, if that matters. And I would focus on rear traction more than the other two.
I got a couple places to call Monday, really glad I just didn’t go anywhere. Just saw in another thread what can happen if...
That’s the funny thing, They should be praising and encouraging us to run ethanol, not take it away. But it goes to show they have no idea what they’re talking about, they’re just sheep following orders.
I’m confident the RPM act will get passed for the future of the industry and the sport, but...
I figured that was prob the case. I know I need one for sure and I did install camber caster plates with the springs so I’ll do a little homework and find a reputable spot.
Thanks for the advice
I’ve never really cared much nor paid attention to how good or bad an alignment could be. Now that I’ve invested money in an expensive toy, that has all changed. I was just lowered and have an alignment scheduled later today. Thanks
Can quality of work vary significantly, or is it mainly done...
what style are you going for?? I’ve been looking for myself, ARP makes a carbon one that’s nice but expensive. There’s a generic (USA made) company called vicrez.com out here that offers similar but not in carbon and cheaper.
I think you’re on the right track. With the RPM act and what epa has already done to individual tuners, do you think that they haven’t already had talks with Ford, Chevy etc. which consistEd making a deal to end the aftermarket industry by just locking tuners out of cars indefinitely? Then Only...
At first glance I though not but it comes out, you just really have to pinch it together to slide out the bottom. By doing so, it might not be as tight a fit going on the new one. I’m sure you’ll be fine, just a heads up.
Regardless, you will not be disappointed with the look and feel.
If I...
I have one but I got it through dynaperformance. I didnt want to chance having any flaws/fit issues that I would be reminded of daily. Everything transferred fine.
I don’t see the little black airbag clips that you see here in my OE wheel. They came preinstalled in the new one. Since they hold...
Based on that I can confirm I am still on the old tune. This car had cat issues, some shifts do feel “lazy” too. While none of it is terrible, I can see how each of those could use a little bit of TLC.
Thanks Bruce
