I've given up on my Procharger HO setup.
Was getting 10 degrees of Knock retard after every hard shift. I dont have headers and checked absolutely everything. I swapped every pulley to make sure it wasn't a bad pulley and also upgraded to an American Racing belt tensioner to make sure it wasn't...
Your log looked just like mine but I have a procharger. I was told it is fuel or because the IATS were 150 degrees on a dyno. On the street they are 5 degrees under ambient and no knock.
Tuner said he was looking into tune Friday morning but still havent heard anything. I also did some actual dyno pulls and noticed i was getting knock at about 6500 RPM so timing was getting pulled. I sent those logs and pictures of the dyno over this weekend so hopefully they get back to me soon!
I thought about the IMRCs as well. LUND looks to have them locked open in their tunes. NGUAGE shows IMRC Requested as 1 everywhere and the voltage on the IMRC the same indicating they aren't flapping.
Hey All,
I've been running my Procharger HO setup for a few weeks and it runs GREAT except for one little issue. If I am around 2500 RPMs or so and get the pedal to about 60 percent the car surges multiple times until you either A. Let off the throttle, B. Go WOT, or C. Pass 3000 RPMs.
Here...
I just found this in the Chilton Manual. The fact that I got the temp down 10 degrees from yesterday tells me I probably do have air left in the system. What temps are you at now?
Hey all,
Finally got my Procharger P1SC installed. Setup is the HO tuner kit from Team Beefcake that has the 3.6 inch pulley installed along with the Stage 2 intercooler. Also installed is the Reische 170 degree thermostat and Brisk 1 range cooler plugs. I have had several logs reviews with...
Do it... The hose from the link allowed me to more easily install that metal pipe going to the intercooler too. Its also very good quality. Ill post pictures of the install here in a few.
FYI that hose I ordered above was way better quality than the same priced one from pro charger. It is 5 ply reinforced silicone and felt way better than the super soft tuner hose in the kit. Oh also, I didn't cut it too much so it nicely!
As I have seen other post, I trimmed the 90 degree hose coming off the head unit itself a little too much and now it wont fit. I was able to find an intake hose at the local auto part store that almost looks like a dryer hose to at least get the car started. Everything seems fine but I obviously...
Plus 1 on the gasket change. The gaskets for the 2016 are MUCH taller than the ones I ordered. Not sure when they changed it, but I just reused the ones that were on there with no issues. They are SUPER thick. Not sure how you could actually damage one.
