I've read through the various posts on the UN-official update to Sync 3 v2.2. My 2017 GT350 has v2.0 installed and keeps saying that the system is up-to-date. What's up with this v2.2? Will there be an official release? All the gimmicks which come with the unofficial v2.2 update are in my v2.0...

really unbelievable our specialty vehicles don't have billet gears..c'mon - now I'm looking at considerable expenses to update the gt350 to something it should have had stock..probably these powder gears will have a lifespan of 3 years or 36,000 miles..

I would like it only for the sound (DSG), but would anyway get boring.. why this poll btw? is there talk of an automatic option going forward in the gt350?
