Running the GForce outlaws in my Camaro. Have been flawless. Five years with anywhere from 837 WHP to 1066 WHP and a stack of low to mid 9 second slips. Hard to complain. They’re not cheap, but buy once cry once. :)
If you datalogged the pull, just back barometric pressure out of your manifold absolute pressure to get boost. For example, if manifold is 34.7 psi and atmospheric is 14.7, then boost is 20 psi. Yes, I picked easy numbers to work with lol.
Great numbers for a stock block! Thoughts and...
One of the garage door openers needed replacement so the stang and her garage companions got some fresh air (and away from the guy swinging tools around lol).
Nice! I’ve had the Ford Active Exhaust Upgrade Kit on order for several weeks from my dealer but it seems to be on back order as I wanted to do exactly what you did. Looks great!
I run a Mighty Mouse vented catch can on my Camaro. It has a Whipple 3.0 at 19 pounds of boost and 1066 WHP. The vented can only pops off if you see any positive crankcase pressure which saves seals from blowing out.
I usually wash her with the touchless foam cannon since we don’t drive it in crappy weather, but I needed an excuse to try the new Griots double wash bucket. Plus you can’t beat the clean of a regular touch wash.
Butt dyno is not a great way to determine power gains my friend. You will not feel a 5 or 10 HP on a near 4000 pound car with driver. It’s statistically 1%. But those 1% gains can add up and that’s how you beat the guy in the other lane.
