Which is exactly why I said it may not matter to someone about the coolers. However, I highly doubt the numbers in the spreadsheet would be the same if everyone knew ahead of time about limp mode. Plus, the majority of dealers orders were techs, so there goes that argument.
So I guess that...
LOL you really missed what I was saying. No, I do not think having money=intelligence. I said that I think most people who are looking for a GT350 specifically, are in the know about the car. And your example isn't a good one anyway, because the GT350 isn't really a baller car like those types...
I noticed that too, before I ordered. The interior of the GT350 is not plain black, I believe Ford describes it as ebony. Lloyd's has mats in a bunch of different colors for the same price. Coincidentally, it looked like Lloyd's ebony closely matched the GT350's ebony interior, so that's what I...
Unfortunately, that's about par for the course when it comes to dealing with anything customer service related these days. Really makes you wonder how some of those people ever got hired in the first place. Nice to hear you'll be getting it safe and sound though.
I disagree. I think that most people that would want a GT350 are in the know, otherwise why would they be spending that kind of money on a mustang? They'd save how many thousands of dollars and get a GT. Just my opinion though.
Are these going to be 3 different systems with different sounds, or just rebranded versions of the Borla system? Thanks again for all the info David, it is refreshing to see that from a company.
I'd be interested in a coupon as well if anyone has one. I'm currently using Chadwick's triple play, and love it, but it is on the pricier side. Would like to give CG a try. Thanks.
Stock spring is so bad IMO. You can just remove the factory one and try it out with no spring to make sure you like it. Then order the steeda spring if you want to have one in there. It won't change the feel much at all from no spring, but most say it cleans up any slop from not having a spring...
While I agree with your opinion on trying to pass off a car as something that it's not, I don't feel that putting a red badge on a gt350 fits that bill. Sure, us enthusiasts know only the R comes with a red badge, but I would bet most people don't. And the red badge doesn't say R. I personally...
So I had called Ford and asked if this was an issue. Rep consulted higher ups and said as long as 5-50 full synthetic was used, it would not be an issue. I have a case number as documentation if it ever came to it. But honestly think it is a non-issue. I am using Amsoil 5-50 synthetic. But...

Good, snug fit. And I like that it's metal, not plastic like some of the other ones I have.
Exactly. If they are going out of their way to put the chassis number on the dash, you'd have to figure they are matching the vin to the engine or something along those lines.
Any news on your car yet?
I'd wait for the 17 in your case, even if it's longer than 3 months, solely for no ADM. Plus, I would have loved to be able to get the track pack and sync 3. But just know it could be significantly longer than 3 months because it doesn't matter when you order, it matters when your dealer's...
