Yeah they balance em statically "inside". There'd be alot of pissed people if they pounded those suckers on the rim face. Those weights really sucks and stick on are a much better way to go.

You have to sign a POA on the DMV paperwork in the first place to have the dealer act on your behalf to get the first set. If they misplaced em, go sign another and get your plates. It's no big deal, it's not a all encompassing POA, like some want you to believe for some reason.

Did the LP x pipe delete with stock axleback currently. Much better sound, but like the other gent, needs a little more sound. Looking to replace the axleback soon too.
