I can't see leather doing well getting in and out of a car like ours, personally. No matter how well you maintain it. Especially with piping at the stitching. OEM leather isn't the greatest on these level of cars, IMO. I'd be surprised if you don't have a decent amount of scuffing and signs...

I started powder coating mine black a loooong time ago. I liked they way hid brake dust on my big brake setups, looked, and we're different from everyone else. These days is played out to me. Ive even see goofy cars like the Prius with black wheels.... When it's new wheels time, I'm...
Black wheels? As in a semi or flat black as I've had powder coated wheels on my other cars, yes. Gloss black wheels, like the PP wheels, I'm not a fan of.
Car looks great. Looks much better then the PP wheels, IMO. Probably lighter too, at that.
Sound like me. Still have my STI, but had been holding out for a BRZ in STI flavor. They refused to build and the 15 GT PP w/ Recarros was the closest I found for a bang for the buck track and...
Electric suck. I use mine alot. Real dirty Jeeps, Dirt Bikes, MCs, Mountain bikes and cars in my garage would eat a cheapie electric power washer in no time. And did. I went through a few electric washers in no time a long time ago and money wasted. Until my wife picked me up a gas Karcher...
Nothing but great things to say about my 06 STI. Modded, Autocrosser, Track day, occasional lakebed rallycrosser and DD. Like Supa mentioned, it's all about knowing how to do em right when modding and maintaining em. Almost 10 yrs and 110 k later and no issues and it's driven hard all the...
I'm sure Dodge, by now has figured there's not alot of bang for the buck paying those guys for advertisements. Via cash or builds. It's still a relatively small time show and sure most watching the Dodge commercials have no clue about GMG.... Or could care less...
Done get me wrong, I like...
My post on page #2 puts it into perspective. I hardly expect perfection in a 35 k car as I pointed out in it.
These are NEW cars. That's great Ford sells a bazillion. No one here would have guessed that. So does every other manufacturer and you think walking a Kia lot you'll find all...
The point of the thread is FORDS QC........
Not about why guys aren't spending hrs walking the lot eyeing cars, using black lights, etc, to pick out a perfect car from Ford.
Neither is acceptable. IMO.
X2 MagnaFlow . Just swapped it onto my LP reso delete. Perfect. Zero raspy. Nice deep tone, not over aggressive. No pissed neighbors, unwanted attn, or sounding like you're running the 1/4 every stoplight with minivans passing.
Yep. Only way prices are dropping is by keeping an eye out and buy used. Just grabbed a MagnaFlow CBE 3" with 300 miles for a great price. Guy even still had the box.

Benefits for catback involve some weight reduction and mainly to bring out that great Mustang note. HP gains should rank 0 on the list for money spent and reasoning for the purchase. The stock exhaust isn't a restriction without looking at major mods like SC. At that point you're...
Know it doesn't help, but some have posted they cant even slip in the lighted door sills and have em work. I'd seriously doubt something like that would be anywhere near plug and play in this car. Good luck.
