What I mean is that even though it is a feature for "track use only" that doesn't mean that nought percent of people are ever going to try it on a public road. As noted in other threads on here, people tend to leave LC activated even when they're not on a track. By hill, I don't mean massive...

Doesn't have to be a drag strip, it could be a circuit or even a private road. I just wondered whether Ford had factored that into their Launch Control algorithm, that's all. ;)

Why wouldn't you? I think it's a fair question, not all roads (or tracks) are completely level.

Do people let their Mustang warm up before giving it the beans? Do you tend to use the coolant temp display below the dial, or do you switch the screen to show oil temperature/pressure every time and go from there?
