The nav will work, I believe that some features like the traffic updates and some of the apps will not work in Canada, I am only speculating as I do not have the car yet, but my dad's Focus has the same system and the nav works but not the Traffic updates.
Wait a couple of days Cotus will update the page and it will show "Estimated Delivery Date" under your vin, it will also give you a countdown at the end of the bar.
Seems like everyone is waiting at least 2 months to receive a VIN, your wait has just begun :(
On the bright side it might move a bit faster for you since production is starting to pick up.
I have seen the car in person, the front end has a lot more wheel gap than the rear, it doesn't look too bad tho , nothing like a nice set of lowering springs to make it flawless :)
I think that it will run until they come to a stop at X distance from the key than the car will automatically shut off.
Makes no sense for it to run until it the driver shuts it off, easier to hide it somewhere.
All pricing in the US is cheaper in the states. I think it has something to do with their $$ being higher than ours as well as the population being 10x more than ours.
Example my GT Premium that I have on order costs $50,799 and build the same on the american website (Ford.com) costs...
