What P/N on the progressive springs? Did you get the GT/V6 version or EB? Hard to tell, but I do see some reverse rake.

Sounds like something else is disconnected, check the pins, rewire what you cut, and reset radio. Test. If all works, tap in a bit further from the connector.

This was one of the many reasons I chose the V6 over the EB. High HP, low displacement, DI, LSPI, limp mode, boost problems (reminded me too much of my Audi A4 2.0T) and of course the way it sounded when I drove it just didn't sit well with me. Both the V6 and the EB where very closely priced...

They will just swap in a softer compound revision of the pad, because there have been a lot of complaints. I can tell you that many of the performance pads I've used in the past have been very squeeky.
