LMR is always quick at shipping. Not even a day and I have the springs already! I don’t think I can wait at the end of the month to install these lol
Something holding you back or you just enjoy these automatic.? For me, I just miss rowing gears and if I want to go fast quick, “quick to me” I’ll hop back in to this car.
I do like lower end torque, but I think I have enough already. Heck, I might even sell this car one day because I want to get back to standard transmission lol. Probably a smart move is to keep this car and just buy a manual car in a couple of years. Probably a beat up one so I can work on it.
Those tools I have and no existence of active exhaust here. I just want to relax every time I get off work from construction and that’s why I hardly work on my car anymore lol. Hopefully sometime next month I can find the time to do it.
I did like X-pipe before from my previous mustangs, but...
Pretty cool list you got there sir. Maybe one day I can get those.
The shop who installed my supercharger called this morning and gave $350 labor as well and booked it the end of this month. This actually saved me 2 1/2 hrs drive. I might try and see how much they’ll charge for reso delete...
Same here. I think I’ll leave the car alone after lowering the car. A couple of suspension parts and sticky tires actually did it. I just wanted to lower the car because I don’t like the stance atm and also get to upgrade the handling of the car at the same time.
The shop said it’s a cheap insurance. I don’t have to install it, but he’s just suggesting it. Also, if the alignment is acting up, it’s going to cost me more. Which is fair imo
The $750-$1,000 are just spring install so I ruled them out.
Another shop said $200-$250 but the shop is in his own garage. I found his contact info using my gps so I think he’s legit business wise.
I’ve done it with a friend before to my 12 Mustang. Lowering springs, panhard bar and lca’s. He did 90% of work lol.
This shop said $350 springs install, $125 alignment and mentioned to get camber bolts and $59. They’re the only shop mentioned the alignment which is I know needed to get done...
