From your first post it seems like you're using a tracker, but even though this one is in German it tells your just what you want to know
https://modernmusclecars.de/tools/mustangtracker/index.php?
On the tracker you can also pull out your window sticker - in top of that there is a blend...
This list tells you the process and what happens
Sent Plant - The VIN has been sent to the plant for Production
Body Shop - Everything from the assembly of the body to paint. When it comes out of the Body Shop it is a painted body with doors, hood and trunk lid.
Trim Line - This should be...
@Seatown Stang - I hate you a little! Just making such a guide on how easy it is to wrap the console! I excused myself from doing it since I thought I'd be better off with it as it was because wrapping it would be too hard and expensive and here you are just... convincing me to actually do it...
I'm with WD on this - window sticker will be online when the car hits the body shop - which is around 1 week before the build date. This was also the case with my car which got it's window sticker on June 15th and build date on june 22nd
@Hammer Time...
Not likely - it means that the order has been confirmed and your build has been send to plant and is awaiting. Your dealer should be able to track a estimated build date for you, but if you can get the VIN from him you can take contact to Ford Performance and get information about the build...
Yeah just saw that! It is so great! :party:
5.5 month after ordering it, it finally is real and the car is physically existing and not just a VIN :clap:
I sure hope it will get shipped soon so I can make it to enjoy a little of the late summer in it :sunglasses::like:
@Nickyweg You can chat with them here:

@Vlad Soare - well yeah mine has been a rollercoaster on build dates haha but eventually it hit the bodyshop on Monday and just got into Trim Line yesterday. I assume it will be done on Monday and then await...
My windowsticker was online around a week before the build was due.
You can contact Ford Performance and provide your VIN and they will give you an estimated build date :)
I like all of the front looks but don't like the headlights on the '15-'17 and GT350/500. I'm so happy my 2020 was the one I ordered since I think that front design is the most aggressive. I'm not a fan of the Mach 1... hell it is an awesome car, but I think the front is getting a little "soft"...
The VAT and taxes are a percentage based on the price of the unregistered vehicle when bought from the manufacturer by the dealer so yeah - all vehicles are affected by that. I actually got a quote on a 2020 GT500 but that would hit $270.000 - $300.000 depending on if I wanted the Carbon...
@Hardmoney07 Haha that thing is BIG as hell! ...And youseem to be thinking the same - sorry couldn't resist :crackup:
An other thing! These splitters along the wheel arch and on the edge of the lip - can you leave them out or are they required to attach the bumper? I don't really like them...
I have it in my Jaguar XE R-Sport and I love it. Heck... in my Jag it even goes down and hides in the panel when the ignition is off - that's a show-off detail :crackup:
I don't really care - I don't think it makes a difference in the car experience - more like a clean look in the interior
@Vlad Soare I totally agree on your point of view on the Ecoboost - it already got shut down in Denmark in 2019 due to when people are ordering a Mustang they're not going half the way.. they want the "real deal".
Also your point of Ford stopping the EU sales... It was fun while it lasted but...
Tell me about it... I was thinking of bringing one to Denmark but noooooo.
About the splitter... I don't think that it is a problem. The bumber is made to be fittet onto standard S550 mounts and brackets and also the engine cover under the car. Therefore I think a splitter will be with minimum...
@Vlad Soare
Yeah... that's a no, haha :crazy:
Funny thing is that some time ago we had such issue in Denmark. Not this Eleanor thing but a guy made a replica of Lightning McQueen and the team from the movie "Cars"
Eventually Disney/Pixar's found out and gave him a 3 days notice to change...
I have a ceramic coated car which I maintain every 3rd or 4th wash with a SiO2 booster after washing so the hydrofobic properties will be at max. When I'm washing the car I always start with the snow foam gun on my pressure washer and most of the time it actually needs no further washing. When...
