@Spartan1 - I just updated the thread with news about Volvo... And with your reply it seems that it it might strike even more assembly plants.
If that is the case that the productions has to shut down only a couple of weeks after restart, then my build date of 25th of Juni on my 2020 5.0 might...
First of all this is a question - NOT a statement! Don't want to give you guys a heart attack
I saw on the automotive news that Mercedes in Vance, Alabama restarted their production on 27th of April but just closed down yesterday on 18th of May due to parts shortage. There has yet to...
I just talked to Ford Perfomance and your car is scheduled to production on 13th of July.
I got an update on mine which is set for 25th of June... so with the probability of the vehicle arriving in middle to late september there won't be much driving this year before it has to be stored away...
@WD Pro - Even if you should get in touch with them I'd like if you got back with an update on it, thanks! :D
It is actually an interesting question! I don't know about the options, but since you're located in the UK I gave the left/right hand drive a thought if that could haves omething to do...
@WD Pro - yeah sure!

I don't know about your location but I had to use a VPN connection from Denmark - seems like it won't start the support chat when you're located outside the US.
They are pretty straight forward and nice guys to talk to :D
In...
@Vlad Soare - oh I see.. I got to know the shipping was to Zeebrugge, and I stand corrected that it is Blegium and NOT Holland - which I first thought so I was off with the Holland info. :)
@WD Pro - Mine last digits are 4228 so it is pretty close - I ordered mine on 30th of December with same...
That's... not true. - Even though I'd like to know where you've got that story from?
As @Twin Turbo states the entire car gets assembled in Flat Rock. - You can even see it in the assembly line video from both Ford and people that has been on tour in the Flat Rock Plant - You can see there is...
That's interesting! The exact same dates was on my 2020 GT! After that it got moved to the 25th of May, then 1st of June, and now it is 5th of June... might get moved again but hope not since it has to be shipped to Denmark afterwards
YOu care to share your VIN? maybe just in PM - it coul dbe...
I can recommend to get it ceramic coated! buff out the scratches, polish it with very fine compound and pad, and coat it!
I have an other car with piano black roof and pillars which I had same scratch issue since the piano paint is softer than a vegans feelings and after I got it coated it...
Ewww! Andy... that thing looks absolutely hideous! Just hand over the keys and I shall free you from that thing ;)
I'd love having such one shipped to Denmark but since it would be $260.000 due to Danish taxes a "regular 2020 GT PP" is what I ordered.
Just a thought... with everything going on and if this continues for some time - would they skip the 2021 refresh and continue the 2018 design untill the S650 release in 2022?
Or maybe push it all so we will get the S550 refresh in 2022 and S650 in 2023?
Hi everyone!
I'm preparing the garage for the 'Stang whenever the production will start again.
I am not going to slam the doors open but I'm adding some pads to the wall just in case the door slips and I need to know the height from ground level to the the curved part on a regular S550 with...
I didn't know of Etis before you said it ind I looked it up. - I get my information from my Ford dealer and call him frequently for an update and he said it was like that.
I don't have a login to Etis but seems like I can look a vehicle up without login so I will call my dealer on monday, get...

As an European waiting for my 2020 S550 5.0 which was scheduled for production on April the 20th I am concerned about the outcome.
Already bought a bunch of stuff for the car...
I'm waiting for my 2020 5.0 PP to arrive and I already have some stuff that annoys me.
1. Not possible to get fabric tinted rear windows - will be done when it comes
2. Mirrors are not folding when car locks - nothing to do here sadly...
3. Hood struts are not standard - will be done when it...
Thanks and you too!
Great info and thanks a lot! - feared it was too long but it is just perfect!
As a bonus info in case someone else in EU wants to do this DIY install, I can tell you that the European part's number is 81792 2B000KD
@Min Ahn:
I hope you're still following your thread. The Hyundai leatherstrap - can you measure how long it is?
Also since installing it - any wear or tear in the trunk liner as a result of using the strap?
Thanks :)
