The darkest LA Tint has is 35%. I had the Sterling location do my car as well as my previous Vette. Their top of line tint is the Pinnacle Series for what it's worth.
Unless you have a small drill. Which I don't it would require taking out the upper grille insert. If you look at the picture, the grille insert is thick and prevents you from drilling straight up and down.
This would be the same issue if you wanted to utilize the nine holes across the front...

I bought this one at Home Depot and it works great with my foam cannon.
