I talked to an engineer that tuned the suspension at the Historic races in August. He told me basically the same thing and that lighter wheels with the PSC2 tires would be 90% fo the difference and that's where I'm headed. He did say the slightly lower gearing of the shorter 30 series tires is...
I'm planning on installing the BMR jacking rails to use with jack stands but if you're only looking at the jacking plate the guy in the thread below makes some nice ones.

That's great that the R spec wheel offsets were confirmed. I believe that's the first GT350 R to be delivered anywhere other than the couple that snuck out a few months ago and then were stored and not driven.
That's nothing. They had a $100K markup on a 2007 GT500 KR. I would never buy a car from that dealer but they do have a good service department.
Edit: found it. Black tech pack...
It's the manifold, throttle body, and all parts and tune to bolt it onto a 5.0. It was on the 2015 5.0 when Ford took them drag racing in their .99 video from September 2014.
Yes it's called TracKey but don't expect a big boost in power. I'm most excited about the lowering springs and possibility of a track tune for the MRC dampers.
More info in a different thread.

Photos from BMO, there should be a new part...
Ford has said the CF wheels are 60 pounds lighter than the GT350 wheels so no surprise they weigh approximately 33 lbs each. They are wider than the PP wheels.
Both of those were nice to hear. The springs should be no big deal. This isn't the first car to have MR dampers where owners have lowered theirs cars. The calibration is another deal but I'm happy to see they are looking into it. I'm not holding my breath on that one.
The hood struts and...
Yes it is. There's a whole bunch of stuff that was just announced at SEMA and in conjunction with the release of the new Ford Performance catalog here.
That's a bummer because the marketing guy at Track Tour told me you could set it open and it would stay that way.
Anyway GT350 TracKey should leave the exhaust wide open all the time.
Yep. I'm not planning on installing one on the rear this time around. I had the cooltech's on my GT but like the simple install of the Blowfish better. They make nice quality products. Hopefully they have an updated fire extinguisher mount out soon as well.
