Part II I took out the transmission bushing insert and it doesn’t lock out anymore but it has a bad chatter or grind more so when I press it into neutral. Maybe bad throw out bearing?

That samething happened to me. Dealer replaced the entire irs cradle. I put the steeda stop the hop kit in it to prevent it from happening again.

Just sit on them and lock the bolt just a bit and then put it in the strut tower and assemble the strut to the knuckle and compress it from bottom and tighten bolt.
