Keep in mind if the pump hits a air pocket it will automatically turn itself off, so what I usually do is have someone open the driver door, this turns on the pump then I continuously pour into the bottle making sure it never runs empty, I do this until it finally stops sucking the coolant in...
Yes, '20+ Shelby gt350/500 use the same pumps, so Sai Li, Jn2ning, Hellhorse, all those guys who make budget fuel systems that use the gt350 hat will begin to transition in the new gt500 pump assembly. I do assume they flow more though since they are supporting good power, but only way to know...
The GT500 pumps is also being used for all GT350's going forward, so any company who makes budget fuel systems that used the OE GT350 pumps will be using the GT500 pumps instead since they are the same part #. So a lot of people will start using them in the next year or so as existing stock is...
oh they line up, they are just a PITA to line up once it's actually on the car, this is mentioned already in the troubleshooting thread that is 60 pages, if you search it, you will find suggestion on how to do handle this
Both the 1000cc and 1050x will support over 1000whp on e85, so it does not matter which you go with. I went with a DW95 on mine, and on 12psi of boost with differential pressure of 50psi my IDC's are barely 45%...The DI system is running around 45% blend on the top end still. These injectors...
Rolls don't break half shafts, digs do. How ever they can break when launching NA, they can break during just the burn out. I would 100% recommend at least upgrading to the '20 GT500 half shafts, they'e like $350 each. How ever if you plan to really race the car, at least grab some DSS Renegades
It was not, the VMP was running boostane and a 3" pulley, the Roush was also running a 3" pulley, the Edelbrock was handicapped and they had it running a 3.25" pulley, and it also looks like the tuning on the edelbrock needs more work, bc it should not be dropping power like that.
Also, the...
you should be able to sell your open one for a good amount, most people don't like the closed box and prefer the open style, or see if you can find someone to straight trade you
The only TB they make that I've seen the cable driven one for those running standalones, I don't think they make a DBW one...As far as Tb's go, you can go FRPP or BBK, gains should be identical
