Personally I love the leather seats and use the cooled seats every day here in Denver, one of my favorite features. Go for it, add the the already awesome package list you have going.
Yeah, it is good to clarify, perhaps instead of "driving like granny" it should be "not driving like teenagers on public roads". My GT is so comfortable, really a great driving car whether cruising or during spirited driving.
I am right there with you, I am 41, owned many fast cars, but with a 4 year old daughter and age on my side, I mainly cruise. This is the reason I got rid of the wake the dead exhaust combo that was on the car when I bought it to my current setup. However, I do wind it out when I get the chance...
Never disconnected it before on any of my other cars before custom exhaust work, but read a thread on here about someone's BCM frying after exhaust work, the shop denied that anything happened, and they are out quite a bit of money out of pocket after replacing several electronic components, and...
Hey Ghostrealm, if it were me I would purchase some Rustoleum Rust Converter in flat black for 6 bucks and spray the scratched area using a sweeping motion, ensuring it is not too thick. My FJ Cruiser had some chassis scratches from off road use, and some of them had rust forming. I sprayed the...
Colorado here as well, and yes, the number 1 state for windshield damage. Filling in rock chips with touch up paint is going to be a part of my future with this Mustang. So far in 11 years here, we have replaced the roof on our house twice, and my 2010 Taurus SHO had $7,000 worth of hail damage...
I think you are right, that was one hell of a reveal. I think that the C8 is going to be an amazing package. I will be following the real world tests closely for sure.
I posted in the other thread that I crossed shopped, and I found that the 1LE is a sure footed monster, and I am in the minority that I liked the 2019 redesign actually. The 1LE would spank my PP1 around any track or strip, but man I love the Mustang, as stated many times, the interior is...
I run all PP tires pressure at 32PSI cold, reads 35PSI when hot in the cluster (it has been in the mid 90's here for reference). When I bought the car, the dealership had the rears at 32 and the fronts at 40 COLD. Yikes, I knew something was off as they felt like overfilled balloons on the test...
So much truth in this. I was at the Cars and Coffee last week, met a cool guy with a 350, with a 500 on order. He is paying $25,000 over sticker because the dealer told him he has a huge wait list of people that will pay that markup and more. His 350 he wanted to sell for $70K with 3K miles. He...
Yeah, the GT is deceptively fast. My 2009 WRX with Perrin stage 1 tune (335HP) was very slow from idle to 3500 RPMs and then wicked fast from 3500 to redline. It felt faster than the GT, because of the turbo power hit. The GT is very fast though, especially from 4K to redline. My 16 GT is the...
Congrats! We all take risks with any pre-owned Mustang, private party, dealer or rental. That looks super clean and I am glad it worked out! Plus it is the best color, in my totally unbiased opinion :sunglasses:
That is a great question, although in my opinion, it will sell very well. They have been talking about the MR configuration for awhile now, and I do believe they hit the limitations of the FR platform and needed to step to the next level. It is a radical departure in every way though, it is...
