  2. 18x9.5 et30 in 275/35/18 on a V6?

Dealer can change for any ratio or just the factory ones? About the diameter: beauty is in the eye of the beholder ;) I love "small" wheels.

How can we adjust the speedometers on these cars? I plan on doing gears too later down the road, so I'll need to do it no matter what...

  6. 18x9.5 et30 in 275/35/18 on a V6?

As the title says. Anyone running a setup like this? The wheel diameter will be smaller than factory, but that should help with gearing and look dope (with lowering springs of course).

  8. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

FWIW - my Magnetic base V6 will be delivered to my house Wednesday. Then it's wheel shopping time :D And lowering springs and exhaust.
  9. Whats the best 0-60 tine you've gotten?

Not long ago (early 2ks) Porsches and other sport cars weren't even running under 5.5... Just saying :D
  10. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. V6s sound as good as V8s to me. 4s can sound cool also, but not in a "muscle car" kind of way... Not a fit for a stang to me personally.
  11. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

As long as I can get more than 27 on the freeway, I'm good.
  12. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Yeah, as I said. I plan on picking up a V6 tomorrow (provided any dealers even HAVE one around here). No options, honest to goodness base v6. I will add exhaust / intake / suspension / wheels / gearing to make it what I want it to be. A gorgeous looking daily that is quick enough to not get...
  13. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Actually, this is intended to be my daily for the next 10 years... :) My toys are covered. I just thought hey, if a Mustang gets 28 mpg and cost as much as a Fusion... Why not get a decent looking daily that can be hooned on occasion. :)
  14. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

I might just do that myself. Looking at Ford's homepage, the specification page of the Mustang specifically, it's pretty clear what the characteristics of all 3 engines are going to be. I am sure you guys know all these by heart, lol, but to me the bore / stroke numbers of all these ford engines...
  15. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Looks that way. Another complication: Went to the dealer today - no test drives on Mustangs according to them. Need a different dealer. LOL
  16. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

I have, but like you just stated yourself, there's nothing on the s550 3.7. Oh well.
  17. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Yeah... Sure it was. I don't have weeks on end to research this crap, I am buying a car Monday. You don't want to help, that's fine. I will live.
  18. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

This forum is not the place to have a discussion. So won't go there. The Mustang would be my 26th car. Around 20 of which were / are sticks. So please, just let it go.
  19. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Well, sticks used to be smooth as silk too. That all went to crap with electronic throttles... Not your fault old man ;)
  20. S550 V6 vs Eco Performance data

Did you drive sticks or autos? Thanks for the write up.
