This is correct.
The 5w30 starts out as a 5 weight. A 5 weight cold is thicker than a 30 weight warm. So itās as thick as a 5 weight oil at start up and thins out to the same thickness as a 30 weight would be when it is warm. Still gets thinner though. If a 5 weight got thicker as it warmed up...
What?
The 5 is measured at 30°C and the 30 is measured at 100°C. The lower number is how thick the oil is going to be when it is cold. The higher number is how much it is going to thin out when warm. So I 5w30 is going to have the viscosity of a 5 weight oil when cold and thin out to the...
You can use a sync3 no problem. You can add speakers, amps, subs with any infotainment system. Super easy and the skyās the limit. If you use a aftermarket system you need a system that can integrate and extra parts to keep all your factory functions. Ether way is not a problem
I have a dvr system that can record 8 cameras at once. When parked the system takes a picture every second on each camera. If it detects movement it will start recording and save the file. The whole system was around $200-$250 of course it wonāt stop anything but hopefully hold people accountable
Steering wheel controls absolutely do. not sure about the other ones, but even if they donāt, when they pulled out the infotainment system who knows what they did
Iām pretty sure it doesnāt have the engine coolant temperature sensor. It only takes the cylinder head temperature sensor and infers the coolant temperature from that
The information that the scanner gets comes from the same spot that your sensors information comes from, they both get their readings from the body control module. At what temperature is your fan turning on?
To retain your stock function when replacing the stock system you need to have a I datalink Maestro or equivalent. Do the stereo controls on your steering wheel work?
Your gonna need at least lv47ās if you plan to add more power later just buy injections that can handle your end goal. If you donāt plan on going any further than 47ās or 55ās will work.
Iām not a big fan of running a dry kit, but if you run a wet kit and you upgrade your fuel pump you should be fine but keep your shot around 150 if you wanna run a big nitrous kit youāre gonna have to make some modifications by the time youāre done it cost as much as a supercharger so keep it...
Make sure you get the right transmission fluid. The parts store isnāt always right. I had them try to give me the wrong fluid a couple times it will destroy your transmission.
