Any time you go wot the tune defaults to open loop so the fuel trims aren’t doing anything. It goes straight to a preset lambda based on engine temp and rpm. Has nothing to do with fuel trims and cat temp does not do anything until you hit 1630
No. If you want to go to a 8rib setup you have to purchase the pulleys and idlers and upgrade your whole system. It is not as hard as it sounds but you will need to purchase a new balancer. I used a ati 20% overdrive balancer for more boost. Water pump pulley and alternator pulley plus two idler...
Download the instructions for completing your drive cycles. Start cold and complete the drive cycle. Do not turn it off until you have completed the drive cycle. Then it has to cool all the way down before starting another cycle. Sometimes this has to be completed many times
800rpm is fine and the idle rpm has nothing to do with how hard it switches from reverse to drive or any other gear. How hard it drops in gear or switches between gear is programmed into the tune. Sounds like you’re torque reduction is wrong or turned off
Any time you go wot the tune uses the power enrichment part of the tune. Nothing to do with the exhaust or cat temps. There is another table for cat temp protection
It’s in power enrichment. It’s going to happen every time unless you tune it for a different enrichment. Easy tune change. Talk with your tuner if you don’t have one get one
Your bolt ons are very basic so they should have tunes for your mods ready to go. Then they just make one change and you can run e85. Even a flex tune is simple so I don’t see the problem they are having
