I'm having a problem getting forscan to change anything. I have made changes in the past and it worked great. I tried today and every time I try to access a module it says voltage too low. Voltage must be 11.6 and yours is 11.5. The voltage on my Lund ngauge shows 12.3 and I have checked it...
oh. Thought you were doing headers as well. Just cut the cats out, gut them and slide a piece of exhaust tubing through it and weld it. That way it's not just a big open chamber. I've done this before. Works great.
My maximizer headers came with them. They look like cats but are actually a tiny miniature resonator that really doesn't do anything to kill the sound. Straight through like a tiny glasspack...
After some searching, it is indeed a 2016+ change. The part numbers are below for both base and premium.
GR3Z-6313562-AC is for the base model and is 174.88 from ford
GR3Z-6313562-BB is for a premium model and is 234.35 from ford
Thanks. Mine has nothing. It's just a molded rubber piece that does nothing to hold anything in place. Maybe its a 15 only thing. I'll have to look on ebay and see if I can find one out of a wreck.
Does anyone know the part number for the 18 cupholder? I was at the dealer wasting time while my car was getting inspected and noticed that the cupholder has spring loaded fingers to hold the drink in place. On my 15 the cupholder is a little bit sketchy because a can just flops around in it...
I'll be doing my intake install at the end of next week or next weekend. If that's not too late for you then I'll be glad to try out the y adapter. I'm currently talking with lund about an updated tune when I do my swap.
At the moment I don't believe that anyone's car is running properly without a custom tune. When running the PP2 the car thinks that the imrc's are stuck and it throws codes.
