You Don't and that's where the Devil lies. Unless you do the work to the car immediately a new tune wipes everything out and your left with what you have.
No idea. This summer has been brutal here with 98-99 degree days with 108-109 heat index and DA in the 2400-2700 range. To hot to go beat on a car for me. The Sunoco gas was just to make sure my 93 was OK. Who knows what we're really getting these days. Last Friday at the track to watch...
Roush Phase 2 with original 750 calibration. Installation was December of last year. Factory Active Exhaust. Toyo Proxes R888Rs. 26 psi. 5 gallons of Sunoco 260 GT on top of and 1/4 of a tank of 93.
I have the original Ford tank, the Roush tanks and yes the largest tank for the Killer Chiller. As for tires I'm using Toyo Proxes, R888Rs. I was pleased with my first outing using them at 26 psi. I haven't been to the track since the Killer Chiller was installed.
Yes on getting rid of heat exchanger, temps would have been higher if I kept it. I wanted everything the Killer Chiller could do for me. Yes on keeping all the coolant tanks.
Except for the Drag Kit Valve option which is on the passenger side between the shock tower and engine you really don't see anything. When I drive the car again I'll take a picture of that part.
No I haven't run the car. Drove it to the track Friday night to watch a friend run. 80 degrees 75% humidity and 1700 DA. Waiting for it cool off a little more. For the record IAT2s are the same as ambient.
