Mine also are helical cut gears. It's pretty quiet with hood down and not goosing it. Mine may be a bit louder due to smaller pulley with the wastegate setup but I like it just the way it sounds not too loud but just right. :cool:

Looks like I just reuse the one off my stock engine cover. I could also make one with my CNC machine. Looks like you can't buy them.

Where can I get the 5.0 emblem for the engine cover? It comes without it.
