look at post #69 shows picture of mount and sure looks like carbon fiber to me. I do see the letters cf under the part #.

That's exactly what I was told, So I took the chance and ordered it. John at MPR has been very clear about being an exact replica from the one in the video that he took off their gt 500.

That is why when I get my wing from MPR I am going to have the shop drill the holes before painting the deck lid.

According to the parts dept. at ford there is a different part # for the shelby deck lid then just a regular mustang.

Thanks Tom, has anyone not had some sort of paint issue, I have had lots of exotic cars and have never had paint issues or body fit problems like I have had with both the 17 gt350 and the 20 gt500. Who does the final inspection on these cars, he or she should be fired!!

Not sure but will order the one for the large wing just to make sure its the right one.

Why would the Ford diagram at the dealer I went to show three different part #s for the deck lid, one with no spoiler, said holes need to be drilled, second one for base spoiler third one for large wing, no notation for holes needing to be drilled on the last two?

No just put half down.

My guess too, but either way the holes will have to get drilled by someone. Maybe when they allocate the lid for parts they drill the holes. Just have to wait and see.

The i- 5autohaus looks like the ends are part of the body and not screwed on. To me it looks just like the oem wing. Hope some one can find out. Price is good.
