  1. Rear End Wag After Spring Install

I did the spring install and I trimmed the bumpstops down to the BMR listed lengths. Here are the values off of the alignment sheet: Front Left Camber: -1.7 Caster: 7.0 Toe: 0.01 Front Right Camber: -1.6 Caster: 7.2 Toe: 0.02 Front Cross Camber: -0.1 Cross Caster: -0.1 Total...

Thanks for the update. I'll be sure to post pics when I get mine installed!
  3. Rear End Wag After Spring Install

Very true, I wish I had come across the BMR tech tip thread before that.
  4. Rear End Wag After Spring Install

So I had somewhat recently installed the BMR 082/089 spring combo and I’m now noticing a big of wag from the rear end when accelerating. I first noticed it when downshifting to pass on the highway but also had it happen during some city driving today. I had an alignment done right after the...
  5. Buying first Mustang

That's exactly why I used them for rough price estimates. After looking there for a general range based on trade to retail, I would start talking to a dealer to see how flexible they were on price. If they weren't moving off of a price higher than KBB or NADA I already knew it would be a waste...
  6. Buying first Mustang

After I noticed how often dealers were wrong on listed options I started just grabbing VINs and looking for window stickers. These sites got me most of them: http://www.wikilender.com/ultimate-window-sticker-vin-decoder-tool/ https://researchmaniacs.com/VIN-Number-Lookup/WindowSticker/Ford.html...
  7. Official 6G Shift knob pics thread

This is pretty close, 270g: http://www.shiftsolutionsco.com/product/shift-solutions-bk-lite-270-grams-shift-knob I’ve got their CS knob which is 490g but I’ve been thinking about trying this out. Almost forgot about this one, 305g for the LB-H...
  8. [?] '18 Intake Manifold on '15-'17

Might be a dumb question, but does anyone think this would make any difference without a tune? I get the feeling that it either wouldn't or just not run right.
  9. Raceseng Orbature Shift Knob (M12x1.25, Non big bore)

I really appreciate the input but the problem is that this is not the big bore version of the knob. Short of milling or lathing out the bore, as brandonsmash said, it will not fit our the stock reverse lockout diameter. Orbature for 15+ Mustang (Big Bore)...
  10. Raceseng Orbature Shift Knob (M12x1.25, Non big bore)

Looking to sell this Raceseng Orbature Shift Knob. Recently picked up in this thread: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97788 Promptly found out that it will not fit the stock shifter due to not having enough clearance for the reverse lockout collar. The second pic...

Oh nice, did all the grey stitch wheels get sent out?
  13. 2018 Push Start Button to 15-17

Well damn. Thanks for the response though!
  14. Clunking After Spring Install

Looks like it was the center strut nut, hit it with the impact gun and it seems to be all good as of now. Thanks for the input guys!
  15. Clunking After Spring Install

I might give it another spin with the impact gun before I start pulling stuff off.
  16. Clunking After Spring Install

Just to clear this up for myself, should the sway bar end links come out with no pressure after removing the nut? The driver side came out just like all the videos but my passenger side was under tension.
  17. Clunking After Spring Install

Thanks for the response, held the back of the link with the wrench while removing and reinstalling. Also tightened the strut end nut with an impact wrench and it appears to be far down enough. I'm gonna take a look at it again after work today but just wanted to see if anyone else had come...
  18. Clunking After Spring Install

So I just got some lowering springs installed and had some clunking from the right front at speed start happening. From what I've found, I'm pretty sure it's the end link. Now I had a tough time getting it to go back in to the strut and I had to compress the strut from underneath with a...
