Can you actually change the intake on the kit to say a pmas (no tune one) and still run the Ford performance tune without issue? I know its kinds silly to pay for another intake since the kit came with one,but I was just curious.

If you wanna keep your warranty,look into the ford performance power pack tune. Otherwise once you tune it with an aftermarket tune your warranty can be voided if they claim the tune caused the failure.
