Anymore? This gif is ancient! lol
  2. Cast Iron Diff Housings don't just belong on Manual Trans Cars: Broken Aluminum Diff

Fabricating IRS mounts is a job and a half. Plus most classes require "Stock mounting points" which a solid axle would not be of course. Maybe FRPP, Watson, Wolfe Racecraft, Team Z or others will come out with kits. But don't think they will be cheap or even affordable for most people. haha A...
  3. BMR CB005 issue

My 2011 GT had a creaking from that area as well. Steeda sold a brace for that area. I installed it and the noise went away. I wonder if it is the same issue? I have not seen anything like that brace for the S550. http://www.steeda.com/steeda-mustang-frame-rail-torque-box-brace-555-5551/
  4. Ramps

They do interlock like the fronts. If you click on the picture and see the full size in his photobucket you can see the interlock. The platform sits on top of the ramp portion. So opposite of the fronts. Pretty slick set up if your willing to spend the money.
  5. Ramps

I have been using them for years. They are not cheap. But the weight savings alone are worth the cost. They weigh nothing. Makes them easy to store out of the way on the wall, move them around, take them to the track for tire changes and so on. I have the jack assist ramps (RR-TJ-S) that...
  6. Bolt-on E85 dyno results 460hp-434tq

ero 5.0 Have you run the car at the drag strip?
  7. Front brake question

I use a low tech item that works great. I am sure some of you guys could also fabricate something like this for close to nothing.
  8. Cast Iron Diff Housings don't just belong on Manual Trans Cars: Broken Aluminum Diff

I was looking for a complete iron 3.15 assembly last week when I saw you post on FB. No 3.15 or 3.31 assemblies show up. Guess I am going to just buy the housing and parts needed to do the carrier swap, like you did. Cast iron housing was $270 I believe. But didn't specify if it came with the...
  9. New cold air kit from PMAS No tune required.

Seems Justin was so impressed with the results he either passed out after looking at the dyno results and has yet to regain consciousness or he just doesn't want anyone to know how amazing the results were so he has an advantage over everyone else.
  10. Is Lund the way to go for tune??

So where are the results to this?
  11. Broke half shaft at the track(street tire)

My guess would be the auto loads the suspension and driveline. Where the manual people usually have slack in the driveline. When the clutch dumps it probably shocks the axles more. Same goes when a manual is shifted from gear to gear. It allows the driveline to unload and reload.
  12. Another Grill Alternative from GTFO Squad

I got my grill prices from Autonation White Bear (formerly Tousley Ford). So don't know why they would cost you more? Links to the grills here -----> Upper & lower I was mistaken on the lower as I selected the one with the chrome that was cheaper. The one with out the chrome says $62. Or am I...
  13. Another Grill Alternative from GTFO Squad

If it is a stainless mesh then ya, material cost is going to be higher.
  14. Another Grill Alternative from GTFO Squad

Looks pretty nice in the picture. I would be interested in one as well. Well anyone can buy the upper grill for $31. So time invested to cut them, cut the mesh, line up and bend the mesh then adhere the mesh to the grill. I have no idea what the mesh cost you. I am sure it is more than the $5...
  15. Rear brake size? Really ford!

You are confusing the heat making the rotors red/orange with actual braking force. Factory cars have too soft of a suspension and chassis set up and tires to be able to make a front and rear brake set up as the same. The rear end unloads too much under braking to take advantage of braking...
  16. Rear brake size? Really ford!

Are you talking about the kit above? You don't want that kit for street driving. The major concern is the thin, non-vented brake rotors. They would warp quickly. They are also very touchy at low speeds. They are meant to help hold back a light weight, drag car with a turbo. So they can spool the...
  17. Best Paint Sealant ?

The GT didn't have it on but for about 6 months before I got rid of it for the 2015. But dust seemed to come off the car easier when I drove it. Simple hand washes and it looked like it was just polished. Bugs and tree sap comes off very easily as well. My Lightning is the same way 2 years after...
  18. Best Paint Sealant ?

Agreed. You can buy CQuartz for like $60. The cost isn't the product itself, it is the labor of paint correction and the labor to install the product. So if you can polish the car yourself it isn't expensive to buy the product and install yourself. My detailer charges $400 to do a "new car...
  19. New cold air kit from PMAS No tune required.

In the west suburbs of Chicago.
  20. Result CAI vs stock air box at the drag strip

In Illinois and other stated we have to have the rear o2 monitors enabled. But some tuners have been able to change their tunes to get customers passing emissions with headers, no cats and so on.
