Great info. I have a set of OEwheel PP Style wheels on my car and they make them in an 18" version. I'm currently running 19x8.5 in the front with 19x10 in the rear. I am buying a set of 18x10s for the rear so I can run a set of Mickey Thompson ET Street R P305/45R18 (29X12.50R18) for the track...
It's clearly the shaft on the blower that is the problem. Either the pulley hub is not seated properly or the shaft is bent. With the belt off the car when you spin the blower pulley you can clearly see and measure its out of square. I've posted some videos where you can see that.
Pulled the blower pulley off this morning and made a bunch of measurements and the pulley is square and true. Looking closer at the mating flange and spinning it the problems appears to be I have a bent jackshaft :mad: Not sure how that could happen. Maybe the blower pulley mounting flange was...
Ok...so I shot some SloMo video and what I saw was alarming :eyebulge: There is indeed a wobble to my blower pulley. Check the video below...

I then took the belt off to see how far out of square it is and was shocked. See Part 4 video below. I verified the blower pulley was seated...
Tried to isolate the chirp with water and was not very successful. It would appear that spraying water on the water pump pulley made the chirp go away the fastest. However, putting water on the belt will eventfully carry all the way around the system and stop chirping.
One puzzling thing...
I've got about 2,000 miles on mine and I would say it started to chirp after about 1,500 miles.
I'm going to try the recommendations from Whipple listed below and flip my belt and see if that helps. But based on responses in this thread it's most likely going to come back. Glad I installed...
I don't have one put that's the plan this weekend...I need to find where the noise is coming from. Initially it sounds like its coming from the blower pulley to me.
