Yes of course since wheel spacer/adapter are two seperate pieces (wheel itself and the spacer) is not recommended for safety purposes. But about handling, suspension, wheel bearing, scrub radius? Technically/Theoretically, I think the difference is minimum?

So when I grab the shifter and shake /move it from right to left with the ability to shake/move it is normal?

I have a Mustang GT premium. I just notice today that I can jiggle my automatic shifter from right/left, maybe 5mm movement both sides. The shifter is not that firm/stiff, Is that normal? It does it in P-R-N-D with engine off or on. Appreciate any comment.. thanks Xavier V
